The Economic Development Tactical Plan is in the final phase of the planning process. This is where the rubber meets the road. The TadZo Team’s next visit to Mississippi County (October 21 & 22) will help us build out specific tactical steps along with who will implement, necessary resources, timeline, and metrics for each of the Tactical Initiatives.

You are personally invited to drive the development of the Tactical Advancement Plan for the Tactical Initiative of:

Small Business & Retail Development: an entrepreneurship program and marketing resources to small businesses.

            MEETING LOCATION: The Harry B Dixon Building in Burdette, AR (Former ANC Campus)

DATE: Monday, October 21^st

TIME: 5 pm – 7 pm

Note: this is an active, specific tactical planning session that lasts 2 hours. It is not a pop-in meeting. Please plan to attend the full meeting and arrive early so we may begin on time. If no one shows up for this work session, that is an indication no one really wants this initiative to move forward and should not be in the plan.  Get involved to make Mississippi County a better place, don’t leave it to others because it may not happen.
